View processing job

After the data is processed, you can view information about the process job.

Perform the following procedure to view job information.

1. In the Main Menu, select Overview.
2. Click Jobs Overview.

3. In Jobs Overview, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Process.

4. View the job details in the Processing Information dialog box.
Table details

Each Process job shows the following information.

Submitted By	The user who submitted the job.
Submitted Time	The date and time the job was submitted.
File Count	Number of files processed.
File Size	Size of the processed documents.
Custom File Hash Fields	Fields selected for the Custom File Hash calculation.
Apply Custom File Hash Only When All Fields Are Present	Indicates whether you selected the Apply custom file hash only when all selected fields contain values check box (Yes or No) for the Custom File Hash Calculation.
Job Id	Job identification number.

5. When you finish reviewing the Process job, click Close.
